The Flagship VentureLabs Entrepreneurial Fellows program is a full-time summer fellowship that provides an opportunity for graduating students (Bachelors or Graduate) to gain hands-on experience in Flagship VentureLabs' unique approach to company conception, technology invention and entrepreneurship. Fellows will be immersed in the Flagship VentureLabs’ approach, gaining real-world entrepreneurial experience. Each Fellow will work within a small team of fellows directly with one of the Flagship VentureLabs team members to explore various NewCo ideas and opportunities, and to develop critical NewCo components (e.g. technology applications, intellectual property, business strategy and model, expert networks).

Previous Fellows included MDs, PhDs and MBAs from MIT, Harvard, Yale, Boston University, Columbia, Cambridge University and George Washington University.
